Donna Napieralla – Head of Marketing

Donna is Head of Marketing and is responsible for marketing and proposition development for our Legal Protection portfolio.

Donna started her career as a Lloyds TSB graduate management trainee where she gained a wide range of experience before going on to manage various products and channels including Home, Travel, Creditor and BlackHorse.

In 2005 she joined New Zealand’s largest Life Insurer, Sovereign, to lead product management and marketing. Upon her return to the UK in 2007 she joined FirstAssist.
