• FirstAssist BTE team as Negotiator, Senior Negotiator and Section Head in BTE Legal Expenses Claims Department from 1998 – 2006
• FirstAssist ATE Underwriter in December 2006 and then promoted to Senior ATE Underwriter in June 2008 in ATE Dept
