Our Pursuit ATE insurance policies are individually underwritten on a case by case basis and provide a range of benefits to protect your clients against liability for the other side’s costs and expenses:
- Automatic cover up to £2 million
- Nothing to pay up front; premium only payable in the event you win
- Lower premiums if settled early
- Premium calculation approval from the Supreme Court Costs Office, so premium recoverability is not an issue.
Pursuit is not designed to cover small Personal Injury (P.I.) cases. If you represent 100 or more fast-track P.I. cases over the course of a calendar year, you may qualify for our Watermark scheme.
