Alastair is Head of Operations for the BTE business and is responsible for Claims, Quality and Supplier Management.

Alastair has considerable expertise in all aspects of the operational and service requirements of a legal protection business. He has hands-on experience of working in claims, underwriting and account management. He has also led substantial organisational change projects which have delivered improved business processes and cost-efficiencies.  Alastair is also responsible for our supplier network.
