Andy Glynne is Head of Product and Pricing and is responsible for the pricing, performance, development and delivery of Before-the-Event products including stand-alone, schemes and bespoke tailored contracts.

Andy graduated in 1987 and joined RSA as part of the graduate scheme. He moved to FirstAssist in 1991 and has held various roles in underwriting, sales and marketing across all parts of the FirstAssist Group.

More recently Andy was the Head of Sales leading a nationwide sales and account management team with responsibility for the promotion, development and retention of both Before-the-Event and After-the-Event business. During this time he was instrumental in the significant growth and retention levels achieved.

Andy is a Chartered Insurer.
